摘要: OBJECTIVE: To evaluate and compare the psychometric qualities of three retrospective, multi-item measures childhood sexual abuse (CSA): CSA Frequency Scale, Count Index, Multiple Characteristics Index. METHODS: Two samples women 20-50 years old who experienced were recruited from a family practice clinic (N=132) community (N=19). The designed to represent most commonly used approaches for measurement past CSA, as determined by review literature. Items derived self-administered instrument larger study. Scale was evaluated test-retest reliability, internal consistency, criterion-related validity. Indexes content specification, indicator collinearity, external validity, reliability. Criterion-related validity variables (a) physical psychosocial symptomatology (b) depression. RESULTS: Upon evaluation, all met criteria satisfactory quality, with one exception: both indexes. When compared across reliability results, none proved superior. Intraclass correlation coefficients ranged .92 .94; correlations r=.36 .41. CONCLUSIONS: results support continued use established scales similar scale. In addition, suggest further development standardization indexes is warranted. Language: en
