摘要: Abstract The evolution of copper precipitates in FeCu alloys during thermal ageing and irradiation, assuming the domination Ostwald ripening, has been theoretically investigated. It is assumed that atoms diffuse via a vacancy mechanism clusters are homogeneously nucleated. diffusion coefficient binding energy atom with cluster as function size, fit satisfactorily available experimental data for thermally aged alloys, have obtained. was taken into account crystal lattice changes from bee at small sizes to fee large ones an intermediate martensitic stage. results calculations agreement observed irradiation.
