摘要: Abstract The toxicity and hazard of a mixture selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), including fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, sertraline, to zooplankton communities were evaluated using 12 000 l outdoor microcosms. Acute (day 4) chronic 35) abundance species richness assessed for Rotifera, Cladocera, Copepoda. For acute SSRI exposures, rotifers the most sensitive taxa changes in (predicted no effect concentration (PNEC) = 19 nM); however, effects observed this treatment period. A decrease Copepoda was following exposures SSRIs (PNEC = 9.1 nM). 99th-centile predicted environmental (PEC = 0.51 nM) yielded HQs at least two orders magnitude below 1. Therefore, mixtures do not appear present environmentally relevant concentrations.
