摘要: Abstract Imaging based on ultrashort terahertz (THz) pulses (100–3000 μm) is investigated. The measured are analyzed and the resulting amplitude time delay information compared. An algorithm for discrimination of multiple presented, which can distinguish several layers inside an object. A new measurement concept accelerates samples with small optical path differences about two orders magnitudes. Exemplarily different applications from field quality management shown.
