摘要: General guidelines for the molecular basis of functional variation are presented while focused on rotating circular genetic code and allowable exchanges that make it resistant to diseases under normal conditions. The rules variation, bioinformatics aids preventative medicine, are: (1) same position in four quadrants hydrophobic codons, (2) or contiguous two synonymous related (3) quadrant equivalent codons. To preserve protein function, amino acid exchange according first rule takes into account positional homology essential acids with every codon a central uracil quadrants, second includes codons identical, acidic, their amidic present third rule, smaller, aromatic, stop basic acids, each proximity within 90 degree angle. I also define codifying genes palindromati, CTCGTGCCGAATTCGGCACGAG.
