摘要: Background: Eucalyptus globulus L. (family, Myrtaceae) is one of the world's most widely planted genera. E. L., commonly referred to as Tasmanian blue gum, a fast growing, evergreen tree, native Tasmania and South-East Australia. Apart from its extensive use in pulp industry, it also produces Oleum Eucalypti (eucalyptus oil) that extracted on commercial scale many countries such China, India, South Africa, Portugal, Brazil, Tasmania, raw material perfumery, cosmetics, food beverage, aromatherapy, phytotherapy. Materials Methods: Traditional hydrodistillation (HD), solvent extraction (SE), ultrasonication (US), supercritical fluid (SFE) were conducted for essential oil leaves globulus. Each was evaluated terms high-performance liquid chromatography (HPTLC) Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) fingerprinting with qualitative semi-quantitative composition isolated by gas chromatography-mass (GCMS), extract yield 2.60%, 2.2%, 2.0%, 3.6% v/w, respectively, HD, SE, US, SFE. Results: A total 53 compounds identified GCMS. Comparative analysis indicated SFE favorable monoterpene hydrocarbon, sesquiterpene oxygenated hydrocarbon. US had certain advantages aliphatic saturated hydrocarbons organic acid esters. Overlay, FTIR spectra samples obtained four methods superimposed each other showing similar components. The maximum separation compound seen at 254 nm lesser 366 HPTLC which again showed chromatograms. Conclusion: It concluded different method may lead yields oils where choice appropriate very important more desired component higher physiological activities.
