Extraversion and reinforcement in verbal operant conditioning.

摘要: The present investigation was designed to study the relationship between extraversion and modes of reinforcement in verbal operant conditioning. A 4 × 2 randomized block design replicated ten times. Eighty graduate post-graduate male students were individually subjected standard Taffel conditioning procedure. When numbers conditioned responses produced by introverts extraverts compared, it found that: (1) under negative (‘bad’ electric shock), with both female experimenters, positive (‘good’) experimenter, introverts' score higher two; (2) extraverts' than that introverts.
