摘要: Abstract A major factor responsible for the selectivity of chlorsulfuron [2-chloro- N -[(4-methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)aminocarbonyl]benzenesulfonamide] (formerly DPX-4189), as a postemergence herbicide small grains is ability crop plants to metabolize herbicide. Chlorsulfuron active ingredient in Du Pont “Glean” weed killer. Tolerant such wheat, oats, and barley rapidly polar, inactive product. This metabolite has been characterized O -glycoside which phenyl ring undergone hydroxylation followed by conjugation with carbohydrate moiety. Sensitive broadleaf show little or no metabolism chlorsulfuron.
