Tritiated imipramine binding sites are decreased in the frontal cortex of suicides

摘要: Binding characteristics of tritiated imipramine were determined in the frontal cortex suicides and well-matched controls. Maximal binding was significantly lower brains from suicides. This finding is consistent with reports decreased platelets patients diagnosed as having a major affective disorder.
