摘要: Aspects of the present invention are directed at obtaining contextual information with a voicemail message. In accordance one embodiment, method is provided that obtains additional not obtained automatically when message received. More specifically, includes first set from client associated caller transferred to system. Then determination made regarding whether callee requests be obtained. If obtained, requested third-party service or by prompting caller.
