摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing multi-functional bio-material conjugate, and conjugate manufactured by means of same, more specifically, used as biosensor detecting microorganisms or similar, same. comprises: (a) step coating protein on first nano particle having magnetic fluorescent characteristics; (b) adhering second metallic characteristics the particle, coated with protein; (c) conjugate. By using two kinds according prevents precipitation particles, enables be easily fixed, manufacture multiple functions. In addition, via said can detect microorganisms, up concentration 10 1 cfu.
