摘要: A low particle generating wiper for use in a sensitive environment. The is constructed at least partly of textile fabric formed from multiplicity yarns including thermoplastic filaments. includes an interior surrounded by perimeter edges. edges are such that filaments within the edge undergo reduced occurrence fracture under tension thereby potentially reducing generation during use.
