摘要: N-of-1 trials provide a mechanism for making evidence-based treatment decisions an individual patient. They use key methodological elements of group clinical to evaluate effectiveness in single patient, situations that cannot always accommodate large-scale trials: rare diseases, comorbid conditions, or patients using concurrent therapies. Improvement the reporting and clarity methods findings is essential reader gauge validity replicate successful findings. A Consolidated Standards Reporting Trials (CONSORT) extension (CENT 2015) provides guidance on series trials. CENT additional 14 25 items CONSORT 2010 checklist, recommends diagram depicting trial, modifies flow address The rationale, development process, 2015 checklist diagrams are reported this document.
