摘要: The vertebrate annexin superfamily (AnxA) consists of 12 members a calcium (Ca2+) and phospholipid binding protein family which share high structural homology. In keeping with this hallmark feature, annexins have been implicated in the Ca2+-controlled regulation broad range membrane events. review, we identify discuss several themes actions that hold potential therapeutic value, namely, immune response control tissue homeostasis, repeatedly surface activity profile. Our aim is to those properties might be exploited from translational science specifically, clinical point view.
