摘要: There has been great interest recently in the development of new, simple, sensitive, specific immunoassays for quantitative determination small molecules biological fluids. Liposome immunoassay, a new method which utilizes either complement-dependent immune lysis (Uemura and Kinsky, 1972), cytolysin-mediated (Freytag Litchfield, 1984; Litchfield et al., 1984) or induced by lateral phase separation (Ho Huang, 1985), used detecting antibodies molecules. Detection release an entrapped aqueous maker is to monitor liposomes. A number markers have utilized this assay, such as glucose (Kinsky 1969), spin labels (Humphries McConnell, 1974; Wei 1975; Hsia Tan, 1978; Chan 1978), fluoresent probes (Smolarsky 1977; Geiger Smolarsky, 1977) electroactive compounds (Shiba 1980). We encapsulated enzyme marker combined liposome immunoassay with immunosensor (Haga 1980, 1981).
