摘要: Among naturally occurring plant growth stimulants, Moringa oleifera has attained enormous attention because of having cytokinin in addition to other enhancing compounds like ascorbates, phenolics, antioxidants along with macro- micro nutrients its leaves. With these properties, exogenous application leaf extract (MLE) was done wheat, pea and tomato evaluate efficacy as crop enhancer The objective optimize dose, method application, enhancement growth, yield antioxidant level under normal abiotic stresses (late sowing, salinity, drought). The results showed that 30 times diluted MLE priming wheat conditions found be effective. improved the seedling emergence rate, speed early increased antioxidants, total soluble protein chlorophyll contents compared MLE10, Hydro priming, On-farm CaCl2 priming.Large number heavier grains were obtained plants raised from MLE30 primed seed which resulted highest grain per plant. All treatments gave more than non control. Foliar spray caused an increase 10.73, 6.00, 10.70 4.00% 1000 weight, biological yield, harvest index respectively, at tillering + jointing booting heading. only heading 6.84, 3.17, 6.80 3.51% 1000-grain extended seasonal area duration (Seasonal LAD) by 9.22 6.45 d over control when applied all stages single heading, respectively. foliar salinity tolerance improving seedlings vigour, a b contents, exclusion Na+ Cl- accumulation K+ larger enzymatic (catalase, superoxide dismutase peroxidase) (ascorbic acid phenolic contents) leading 100 weight benzylaminpurine (BAP), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) (water spray) salinity. The water sprayed maximum while largest observed case moderate salinity.MLE BAP (SOD).For non-enzymatic (total phenolics ascorbic acid), ranked first salinity. spike-1 but moderately saline conditions. These effects apparent (8dS m-1) higher (12dS m-1).The stress reduction due decreased reduced contents. However, minimized drought. produced severe BAP, control.Moringa leaves being rich source β-carotene, protein, vitamin C, calcium potassium act good natural such acid, flavonoid, carotenoid, so applications improve status drought stress. In exhibited large flowers, fruits well heaviest fruits. The same flowers lighter MLE30.The minimum fruit recorded MLE0 control. The effectiveness might presence promoting substances.MLE proved potential mitigation stresses.
