摘要: The latest advances in molecular analysis of bacteria using next generation sequencing, have allowed the detection that were previously underestimated by culture and revealed presence microorganisms body sites considered sterile. Recently, alterations vaginal endometrial microbiota been associated with implantation failure pregnancy loss, as well other gynecological conditions; so, further investigation will allow researchers to understand their potential role reproductive competence. This chapter reviews current knowledge female tract microbiome highlights importance assessment treatment uterine future tools for improving outcomes infertile patients.
