摘要: The technology of frame interpolation can be applied in intelligent monitoring systems to improve the quality surveillance video. In this paper, a region-guided algorithm is proposed by introducing two innovative improvements. On one hand, detection approach presented based on visual correspondence for detecting motion regions that correspond attracted objects video sequences, which narrow prediction range interpolated frames. other spatial and temporal mapping rules are using coherency sensitive hashing, obtain more accurate predicted values pixels. Experiments show method achieve encouraging performance terms quantitative measures.
