摘要: Most people tolerate aspirin and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) well. Asthmatics, however, are exception. First reports on the attacks of bronchoconstriction following ingestion appeared over a hundred years ago, shortly after introduction into therapy. It took several decades to realize that aspirin-induced asthma (AIA), as it started be addressed, constitutes clearcut clinical syndrome. Some mechanisms operating in syndrome have been clarified, but its origin still awaits explanation. Within last few reviews AIA were published [1–5]. In this paper we, therefore, concentrate most recent findings, presentation basic data.
