Broadband flattened Luneburg lens with ultra-wide angle based on a liquid medium

摘要: A two-dimensional flattened Luneburg lens with an ultra-wide viewing angle has been realized based on a liquid medium approach in our present work. field-of-view up to 180° is achieved over the microwave regime. The transformed by using low-loss and large variation of refractive index from 1 4.18 achieved. non-resonant property ensures broadband performance 12.4 GHz 18 GHz. high directivity relatively low loss proposed were demonstrated simulation experimental results.
