摘要: Abstract The stray-grain formation and epitaxy loss at the substrate during laser surface remelting of single-crystal nickel-base superalloys, which immediately lead to break growth, were investigated by means modeling experiments. Results indicate that are attributed increased trend equiaxed grains resulting from composition segregation interdendritic region. Accordingly, a solution treatment for substrates prior processing can effectively avoid SG loss, reveals basic precondition, homogenized substrates, successful processing.
