摘要: An enzyme in homogenates of porcine vascular endothelial cells forms L-citrulline from L-arginine. This is soluble and NADPH-dependent. In addition, the inhibited by NG-monomethyl-L-arginine, suggesting that it involved formation nitric oxide cells.
