摘要: A 25-year-old male professional hockey player with right sided hip pain was diagnosed myofascopathy of the psoas major and rectus femoris. The patient maintained a conservative treatment regimen prescribed four week active strengthening program. program progressed from resisted concentric exercise to eccentric abduction/adduction exercises along balance training, core stabilizing endurance in first two weeks. In final weeks include sport specific exercises. At three able participate non-contact practice clear for full contact at five anatomy, biomechanics, function muscle are discussed as is its influence on lumbar spine stability. Evidence-based evaluation management strategies dysfunction presented.
