摘要: ABSTRACT Interferon is recognized as a product of lymphoid cells which regulates immune responses. Since the study altered states frequently provides insights into mechanisms immunologic control, we looked for presence IFN in several human diseases associated with dysfunctions immunoregulation. IFNs were present two types disorders: (1) autoimmune connective tissue diseases, and (2) lymphoproliferative disease (T cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia). has multiple regulatory actions on responses, these studies point to possibility that might play role certain immunoregulatory disorders.
