New swath bathymetry and high-resolution seismic data, supplemented with multi-proxy analyses of sediment gravity cores from Store Koldewey Trough, NE Greenland, support the presence a shelf-break terminating Greenland Ice Sheet (GIS) on northeastern part Margin during Last Glacial Maximum (LGM). The mega-scale glacial lineations grounding zone wedge in outer trough provides evidence expansion fast-flowing, grounded ice, probably originating area presently covered Storstrommen ice stream cutting across Island Germania Land. Multiple halts and/or readvances interrupted deglaciation. Two sets crevasse-squeezed ridges middle may indicate repeated surging GIS complex landform assemblage Trough is suggested to reflect relatively slow stepwise retreat Thus, occurred asynchronously relative other streams offshore Greenland. Subglacial till fills trough, an overlying thin drape maximum 2.5 m thickness glacier proximal distal sediment. At late stage deglaciation, retreated Land, input this sector Trough.
