摘要: Nonlocal elasticity theory is a growing technique for the mechanical analyses of microelectromechanical (MEMS) and nanoelectromechanical (NEMS) based structures. The nonlocal parameter accounts small size effects when dealing with nanosize structures such as single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs). In this article, Timoshenko beam are implemented to study vibration response SWCNT embedded in an elastic medium. Influence surrounding medium on fundamental frequencies investigated. Both Winkler-type Pasternak-type foundation models employed simulate interaction A differential quadrature approach being utilized numerical solutions natural obtained. Influences effects, Winkler modulus parameter, Pasternak shear aspect ratio frequency analyzed discussed. present illustr...
