摘要: Abstract Optical and electron-micrographs, fatty acid, pigment analyses low-temperature temperature fluorescence spectra indicate that pyridazinone herbicides in 30 μM concentration stimulate the biosynthesis of acids, chloropylls carotenoids Chlorella cultures, leading to an increase about 30% cell diameter ultrastructural changes cell. No change is induced composition system. The ratio saturated unsaturated acids oxygen evolution increased, however, oxygen-evolving activity related unit chlorophyll content remained intact (except for San 9789-treated samples). thermoluminescence curves are correlation with effect herbicide treatment on thylakoid membranes evolution. delayed luminescence shows high-energy state thylakoids deactivated more quickly treated cells than normal cells.
