摘要: The study of the molecular mechanisms determining cellular programs proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis is currently attracting much attention. Recent studies have demonstrated that system cell-cycle control based on transcriptional regulation expression specific genes responsible for transition between programs. These groups functionally connected form so-called gene networks characterized by numerous feedbacks a complex behavioral dynamics. Computer simulation methods been applied to studying dynamics regulating cell cycle vertebrates. data key obtained from CYCLE-TRRD database used as basis construct different degrees complexity controlling G1/S transition, one most important stages cycle. behavior model constructed has analyzed. Two qualitatively functional modes obtained. It shown these depends duration proliferation signal. also additional feedback factor E2F c-fos c-jun, which was predicted earlier computer analysis promoters, plays an role in theS phase.
