摘要: FOR passive haemagglutination tests with proteins, it has been necessary to couple these antigens erythrocytes by agents such as bis-diazotized benzidine1–3, tolylene-2,4-diisocyanate4 and tannic acid5. During the course of investigations formalin-treated erythrocytes, we observed that bovine serum albumin (BSA) would adsorb on chicken erythocytes (FCE), well sheep (FSE) without recourse coupling agents. This finding suggested a means simplifying procedure for coating proteins tests.
