摘要: In recent years, some of the most influential policies have been either tested or evaluated using experimental methods. Experiments provided significant insights on implications different designs market outcomes and lessons learned helped improve academic debate interaction between policy makers researchers. this paper, we provide an overview experiments relating to environmental markets. Expenditure programs has growing in importance yet it is controversial current times due fiscal cuts around world. Finding cost-effective ways reaching goals thus objective governments. Research can help isolate how individuals regulators would respond incentives therefore identify effective programs.
