摘要: We describe the first case, to our knowledge, of a primary gastric adenosarcoma surgically resected from 46-year-old white man. This biphasic neoplasm, well described in female genital tract, was composed cytologically benign tubular and cystic glands widely dispersed within sarcomatous stromal component. Immunohistochemically, epithelial elements were positive for cytokeratin, while vimentin desmin. The clinical pathologic features pelvic adenosarcomas are compared with tumor stomach. Although accurate prediction biologic behavior this neoplasm is difficult, high mitotic rate component infiltration serosal surface by considered be ominous prognostic features.
