摘要: A composition for surface treatment, which comprises a compound of the following formula (A) and an organic solvent (B) comprising having fluorine atom: (R.sup.1).sub.a (R.sup.2).sub.b (R.sup.3).sub.c Si(NCO).sub.4-a-b-c wherein R 1 is monovalent group carbon number from to 30; 2 3 are respectively hydrogen atom or 30, may be same different; integer 3; b c independently 0 1≦a+b+c≦3.
