摘要: It is well understood that wilderness expeditions improve well-being; however, there little supporting quantitative data. The aim of this study was to measure the impact on self-esteem (SE) and connectedness nature (CN) assess whether benefits varied according participant expedition characteristics. SE CN were assessed pre– post–wilderness in 130 adolescents using Rosenberg’s scale state scale. Two-way ANOVA revealed significant increases (p < .001) as a result single expeditions.
