摘要: A transplantable murine B cell lymphoma was used to study combination therapy with anti-idiotype antibody and interleukin 2 (IL 2). Class-switched IgG2a IgG2b antibodies were compared. marked additive sometimes synergistic effect seen when IL combined either or antibodies. also similar experiments performed in nude mice. In vitro antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) assays showed that enhanced antibody-mediated lysis by peritoneal cells exposed a dose-related manner. Peritoneal harvested from mice treated vivo contained an increased number of T asialo GM+ natural killer cells, mediated ADCC. Depletion anti-asialo GM complement resulted decrease the these cells. The mechanism synergy between monoclonal may be due direct indirect activation mediating
