摘要: An empirical model that includes the effect of incidence and exit angles non-random packing effects is proposed for describing particle size on measured X-ray fluorescence (XRF) response from thick heterogeneous samples. exact derived illustrates these ideal case reglarly oriented cubes, previous models at high concentrations a single homogeneous particale type where largest difference between observed. It shown specific agrees closely with each earlier models. Experimental data taken different show provides best least-squares fit to observed basis minimum reduced chi-square value.
