摘要: Abstract Aims To Test the dimensionality and measurement properties of lifetime DSM-5 AUD criteria in a sample adults from metropolitan area San Juan, Puerto Rico. Design Cross-sectional study with survey data collected 2013–2014. Setting General population. Participants Random household adult population 18 to 64 years age Rico (N = 1510; drinker N = 1107). Measurement alcohol use disorder (2 or more present 12 months). Results Lifetime reports were consistent one-dimensional model. Scalar invariance was observed across gender, but parameters for tolerance varied age, younger ages showing lower threshold steeper loading. Conclusions provide support unidimensional construct Latin American country.
