摘要: Herein is reported the case of a man who has had recurrence Goodpasture's syndrome following five-year remission. The patient presented initially in 1977 at age 28 with manifested by pulmonary hemorrhage without clinical evidence renal disease, and positive antiglomerular basement membrane antibody. Following treatment corticosteroids, remission occurred serum antibody became negative. In 1983, he experienced relapse reappearance antibody, development severe life-threatening intrapulmonary hemorrhage, hematuria. This illustrates that may occur despite prolonged disappearance detectable circulation.
