Differences in adaptive stabilization of structures in response to stress and hypoxia relate with the accumulation of hsp70 isoforms.

摘要: The phenomenon of adaptive stabilization structures (PhASS) develops during adaptation the organism to intermittent restraint stress. PhASS manifests itself in a considerably increased resistance heart broad spectrum harmful factors. In present work, content hsp70 and their role development stress hypoxia were studied. stress, five isoforms with pI ranging from 5.7 6.3 accumulated myocardium. simultaneously became strikingly resistant reperfusion paradox heat shock. hypoxia, only two about 5.8 accumulated. was not shock moderately. These data suggest different mechanism as well protection heart.
