摘要: Abstract The synthesis of alloys in the systems Bi-Te and Sb-Te has been investigated using a technique which component elements are simultaneously heated agitated glass or silica capsules. Examination X-ray powder diffraction patterns system shows that there is range solid solubility, designated β-phase, between composition limits 32 60 at. per cent Te. data obtained for minerals hedleyite wehrlite show these naturally occurring β-phases with Te contents about 30 52 respectively. In system, δ-phase, extends from 11 to With exception Bi2Te3 Sb2Te3 (the former found nature as mineral tellurbismuth), β- δ-phases relatively unstable disproportionate when above their solidus temperatures. An attempt made account changes cell dimensions δ-phase alloys, observed decreasing content, terms atomic configurations crystal structures derivative solutions. Phase equilibrium diagrams two given.
