摘要: Social Skill and Support in Schizophrenia. Although both constructs of are known for their significance the field schizophrenia, relationship between two has hardly been explored. The available research is generally limited to structural dimension it tends be based on small, heterogenous samples. This study tries explore functional variables using 95 outpatients diagnosed with according RDC criteria, who attended a Community Mental Health Center. Eighteen these individuals women, mean age sample 29,2 years old. here assessed by Simulated Interaction Test, Mannheim Interview used assess Support. results show weak, though significant correlation dimensions "non-familial" Support: Network Size (r= .29, p< 0.01), Frecuecy Contact .24, 0.05), Multiplexity Psychological Everyday p<0.01), Crisis .30 < 0.01) Instrumental .21, 0.05). With exception Support, Skills does not correlate "familial" that depends source suggest mainly associated social support.
