摘要: We have studied the distribution of astrocytes in ganglion cell and nerve fibre layers retina cat, rat, rabbit, possum using anti-serum a monoclonal antibody against glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) our own filaments. The retinal appears to be strongly determined by vasculature retina; are absent from almost all avascular regions rabbit retina. In cat also show strong affinity for bundles axons found at inner surface Retinal do not invest somas cells, even areas which they numerous, sharply confined layer axons. It is suggested that "immigrant" fibrous enter with its vasculature.
