摘要: The commutation torque ripple in the six-step square-wave driving mode of brushless DC motor affects performance and generates mechanical vibrations noise when used for industrial applications. cause is analysed this study a non-linear transient model phase current during interval developed. According to transient-current model, voltage time required produce constant can be calculated without sampling; makes control system easier realise applications, reduces need high controller. Based on pulse-with modulated chopping method quasi-Z-source net, proposed adjust speed using constant-voltage power supply reduce over entire speed-adjustable range. A transducer measure dynamic experiment. results show that torque-ripple reduction strategy by about 70% both simulation experiment compared with traditional methods.
