摘要: Here we sought to evaluate the possibility of using Chinese Bama miniature pig skin as a suitable animal model for human skin. Morphologic features pigs resemble those skin, including layer thickness, development superficial vascular system, structure dermal-epidermal interface, and extracellular matrix. The characteristics densities Langerhans cells, fibroblasts, endothelial mast cells were similar between Immunohistochemistry showed that humans have same antigenic determinants laminin, fibronectin, filaggrin, collagen I, III, IV, keratin but not CD34, ICAM1, or S100. In addition, type I from exhibited physicochemical resembling in regard HPLC chromatography, UV spectroscopy, amino-acid composition, SDS-PAGE analysis. Given these results, concluded great potential developing dermal substitute materials wound repair. However, also observed some disparities humans, pigment cell distribution, sweat gland types, others. Therefore, further studies are needed completely effects interspecies differences on actual application model.
