Nutritional Responses of Round Goby (Neogobius melanostomus) caught from Rhine River (Germany) as a Wild Species to Different Fish Oils

摘要: This study was aimed to determine the effects of food supplementation with different levels two types fish oil (anchovy and menhaden oils), on growth composition fatty acids essential amino in muscle a wild alien species. In this round goby (Neogobius melanostomus) caught from Rhine River (0.95–1.0 g fresh mass) were fed for 47 days diets containing 5% anchovy (AO), (MO) or 2.5% AO+2.5% MO. Fish cultured indoor 40 L aquaria (12 total). The feeding rate adjusted 10% mass per day water temperature constantly maintained at 19°C. After days, no differences observed weight gain, specific (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR) condition factor (P>0.05). lowest FCR found AO diet. Muscle acid influenced by dietary oils, diet have shown slightly higher contents eicosapentaenoic docosahexaenoic their muscle. not affected diet, an except leucine. results indicated that addition is important maintaining content n-3 aquaculture.
