摘要: 2,4,6-Trichlorophenol (2,4,6-TCP) was extracted from liquid samples (standards and spiked river water) using immuno-supported membrane (ISLM) extraction followed by fluorescence flow immunoassay (FFIA) detection of the immuno-extracted analyte. ISLM-FFIA involves simultaneous on-line sample clean-up, enrichment analytes. The analyte is transported a continuously flowing aqueous phase (donor) through supported (SLM), containing an immobilised organic solvent, to stagnant (acceptor), excess anti-analyte antibody, where it trapped as analyte-anti body complex. acceptor content then dispensed mixed with fluorescent tracer (2,4,6-TCP/NH/(CH2)(3)/CO/EDF) resulting labelled fraction, separated mixture restricted access column, indirect measure amount in acceptor. performance compared similar FFIA (without step) following results: configuration leads improved assay sensitivity (LOD 27.92 +/- 2.44 224 15.86 mu g L-1 for FFIA, respectively) selectivity recovery 2,4,6-TCP presence other chlorophenols (e.g. 2,4,5-trichlorophenol 4-chlorophenol) alone.
