摘要: We derive a gravity wave propagation equation for compressible and non-isothermal atmosphere with variable background wind profile. Impact of all the gradient terms on vertical wavenumber depends only intrinsic horizontal phase velocity atmosphere. For variation, any one linear first order derivative, second derivative square can be dominant term under different conditions. temperature is important waves having slow velocity. Our indicates that effect shear opposite to predicted by Taylor-Goldstein equation, which assumes an incompressible fluid. also expression amplitude perturbation. Citation: Zhou, Q., Y. T.
