摘要: Cloud point extraction (CPE) is a well-established technique for the preconcentration of hydrophobic species from water without use organic solvents. Subsequent analysis then typically performed via atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), UV–vis spectroscopy, or high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). However, suitability CPE electroanalytical methods such as stripping voltammetry has not been reported. We demonstrate electroanalysis using determination cadmium (Cd2+) by anodic (ASV). Rather than chelating agents which are commonly used in to form hydrophobic, extractable metal complex, we iodide and sulfuric acid neutralize charge on Cd2+ an ion pair.
