摘要: A novel pure-oxygen pressurized biofilm reactor was operated at different organic loading, mechanical shear and hydrodynamic conditions to understand the relationships between architecture its operation. The ultimate goal improve performance of reactor. labeled with seven stains observed confocal laser scanning microscopy. Unusual a ribbon embedded two surfaces very few points attachment observed. As loading increased, morphology changed from moderately rough layer into locally smoother biomass significant bulging protuberances, although chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal efficiency remained unchanged about 75%. At higher loadings, biofilms contained larger fraction active cells distributed uniformly within proteinaceous matrix decreasing polysaccharide content. Higher in combination high resulted collapse structure substantial decrease (a COD 16%). Moreover, important role proteins for spatial distribution demonstrated quantitatively.
