摘要: Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (also referred to as transient apical ballooning syndrome, broken heart syndrome or stress cardiomyopathy) is an increasingly recognized entity in the western world typically characterized by reversible left ventricular dysfunction that develops setting of acute severe emotional physical stress. Increased catecholamine levels have been proposed play a central role pathogenesis disease, although specific pathophysiology this condition remains elusive at present moment. In recent times, there reports takotsubo (TC) following medical interventions such invasive surgical procedures regimens. current report, we patient with multiple recurrences TC triggered same therapeutic intervention; our particular case, repetitive exposure inhaled beta-2-adrenoceptor agonist.
