摘要: This article reports three meta-analyses on the relation between Big Five personality dimensions and job performance using exclusively European samples. Also, incremental validity of Conscientiousness Emotional Stability over General Mental Ability is reported. The results show that (p = .23) generalized across criteria civil military occupations. also showed had added to total a percentage around 10% 11 %. Implications for international generalizability practice personnel selection are commented on.
